"I had good expectations for this property. We were in town with our teenager for a soccer game. The night staff gave us a key to the wrong room & upon trying to enter the room, the couple inside was having extremely loud sex to which my son was exposed. The jacuzzi was broken. Roaches spotted. & our TV was broken. I will say the night staff worked hard to fix the tv but the overall experience was a mess & more stressful than anything. "

"The receptionist was quick to point out that my dog(2) fee was 25 per dog. This was not as advertised on Expedia. Listed pet policy: Fee: USD 25 per accommodation per night. When I showed her the listed Expedia policy she was perplexed and sympathetic in a nice way. She said she must get her manager Eric Garza to agree to the proper fee. Eric came out and said “our hotel is highly rated and guests are very pleased to pay what he considered to be the policy! I said I’m not agreeing to his terms and if he wouldn’t agree to our contract, we would drive home and he must release us from our reservation without any charge. He refused to do this. I said you are now subject to a fair hearing on social media. He relented and would allow the advertised fee with a much higher deposit. I said no. Only the regular deposit is accepted. He obviously was not pleased with his bullying behavior failure. He accepted and we stayed. The hotel room and breakfast was fine and we gave more than adequate tips to the staff. However there was not one blade of grass on the premises for our dogs. Across the boulevard there was a government facility which provided the needed grass for happy dogs. I do believe Eric will have a good corporate career as he will surely please what I call the sinister aspect of corporate management. I’m eighty years old and I’m glad I stood up for what I considered elder abuse."
