The room was clean and looked nice, which was a plus. However, there was no toilet paper in the room, and the AC stopped working, which was pretty frustrating. Cleanliness was good, but the basic necessities and comfort need improvement

King room was spacious looks like it was recently remodeled because the paint looks new although the bathroom had some cosmetic issues everything worked good. Note the floors were a bit dirty as soon as i step on the floor my feet were greasy lol and dirty Maybe mopping will help. Other than that everything was good.

The rooms are very clean. The automatically provide daily housekeeping which often doesn't happen even at more expensive motels. The things that make this my motel of choice when I am in Fresno are 1) Friendly and helpful staff, 2) Clean rooms, 3) Good Wi-Fi connection, 4) Ideal location, 5) Hot breakfast, and 6) Large towels.

Room was clean and no cigarette smell..Yesss! None! I am so thankful for this updated surestay by best western location. Bathroom was clean, fridge was clean, microwave was clean. Room also came with a personal coffee maker. The housekeepers were very attentive. Thank you to the older housekeeper who swept the pigeon poop on the second floor and for offering new towels and toliet rolls. Would recommend this location to friends and families visiting Fresno. Can't beat the price.
