"They gave us a room with a broken refrigerator that can’t be fixed as they told us later, no phone connection to the reception, broken TV, and rude staff. When we asked to be transferred to another room with better view, the reception staff were not accepting that until they sent someone to try to fix all these issues. The receptionist didn’t bother himself to share with us the internet connection procedure and the breakfast time and location. Later, after arguing with the receptionist, they...

"I highly recommend this hotel. It’s beautiful"

The rooms looked just like their own pictures. We stayed on the third floor and the views we had both in the morning and around...
