He helped us with our luggage and made the check-in process quick and easy. The Old Town is only about a three-minute walk away, which was very convenient. "It's not our first time staying at this hotel, and for good reason. From a clean, spacious, room, to, for us, the convenience of the location, but most of all the courtesy and warmth of the entire staff (everyone at reception, as well as the cleaning and dining room attendants). We couldn't ask for better and will surely be back again. A big thank you to everyone who has made our stays so pleasant, especially Adisa, who always goes above and beyond to ensure we are well taken care of. :)"

"Great price per night, the location was only 10 min walk from the city centre. The breakfast buffet was consistently nice and prevented me from wasting time finding breakfast, so for efficient travellers maximising their time this is a big deal! The staff was always friendly and helpful, speaking good English and respectful to all guests. The room was well finished and looked after also. This ticks all boxes from me. 5/5 for me."

"We were super late to check in because of the disruptive buses in Mostar, but the staff made sure to leave an envelope with our keys on the front desk beforehand. We were so grateful to be able to check in seamlessly, and even during the check out process the next day, the lady at the desk named Sara was super sweet and helpful. Thank you so much!"

"The staff were amazing, but there were a few little quirks with the room. We had 3 different minor maintenance issues and the room design was a bit odd and everyone should pay attention to the room they book. The ceilings are sloped so even at 5 foot tall, you will be bonking your head. They show photos so it is my fault for not paying attention, but at 5 foot even never had that issue before. Jenn"

"In my opinion the most important thing about it is the location close to the old town, a shopping mall with grocery and lots of restaurants and cafes. My phone in the room never worked, the tv doesn’t have channels in English or Spanish and only few of them worked. Bathroom is ok and there is no coffee machine in the room. The safe in the room was not working properly so the lady at the front desk gave us a key to open and close it."
