Great historical hotel with a unique design. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. The only drawback is that there's no iron on the room, you can only order ironing service.

Overall good

Rooms were spacious and comfortable, location was very good with free parking. Pool was great fun, staff were friendly, the only minus was breakfast, it was limited and not very tasty. Overall was a good hotel, I would recommend but not the breakfast

Price and hotel is great

The room was nice and updated. The bathroom had plenty of room and the A/C work great. Breakfast was good and had lots of options. I wish housekeeping was a little better. I asked for more coffee for my room but never got it. They did t come to room to replace towels but I called the front desk and they had them brought. Plus, it was after 10 pm and I really appreciated it. I would recommend this hotel. The location is fabulous. There is a parking lot and easy to get picked up when I had friends come get me.

Three frustrations ruins stay

I felt my stay was substandard for what I would expect. Pool was out of order, WIFi was punishing weak to the point where I couldn’t use it in my room unless I was against the door and the key card system was very frustrating to use with the swipe magnetic strip, to the point I had to reassign my key card twice in a day. The room itself was nice enough and as expected and the staff on reception good too. Just some very frustrating things.

Really nice, clean hotel in Sarajevo. The location was within walking distance to several restaurants, Public transport, and sights. Our stay was very pleasant. Hotel staff was very friendly. Good breakfast, clean room, excellent mattresses. Room to improve: a very poor Wi-Fi, absence of electrical kettle or some source of hot water to have a cup of coffee/tea in the room.

Really kind and attentive staff. The hotel really is frozen in time from the Olympics so expect an older, 80s style environment, though the rooms have been updated with new beds and consoles making for a comfortable sleep.
