"At first glance the suit looked great, but everything is dated and looking rather beat up, the stay was easy, comfortable and quiet, but it could use a little polishing , the food in the restaurant was ok too"

"Stayed at this location a couple of times to enjoy a concert down the street, convenient location to the Vernon Arts Center. We were at the hotel as a girls trip. The room we had on one visit was great, it was facing the pool area, which was awesome, plus the river running through the hotel. We also sat at the restaurant next to the river in the pool area, that was a fun experience too. Second time we stayed we had a pet, so we had an ugly room facing the parking lot in the semi basement. Our window opened to asphalt and exhaust of vehicles in the parking lot. Unfortunate that the dog rooms suck so badly! Probably would not bring the dog next time for the hope of having a better room. This is an older hotel so the rooms are smaller, but they are convenient and if you have a view of the interior pool, it’s a pretty neat to experience."

"There is a blood stain on the bed sheet. The menu of the breakfast is the worst ever. There are dust on the carpet. The filter of the airconditioner is dusty, and the noise is loud while working. The room is wide and it is good that the toilet area is separated from the washroom sink. As a whole the building is old."

"Great location, easy to get in and out of. Lots of parking. Room was spotless. Bed too soft for my taste but mattress and pillows all in pristine condition. Restaurant was nice with interesting menu. Sunday breakfast buffet a nice change of pace but I was a little disappointed as I had chosen a specific menu dish that I’d wanted that morning. Definitely stay again if I need to be in Vernon overnight"
