Typical small town on route place - noisy on the outside well masked by a/c. De minimis kitchenette. Open garbage bins surrounded by garbage out back. "The location is by the main road so it’s not that quiet. As the pet friendly room is assigned by the road, pet owners don’t get a choice of different rooms even though there are other vacant rooms at the quieter side of the building. The room is clean but the sheets and pillows are old and not very clean."

"Our room was ok except for the floors. They had hardwood floors because we were in a dog room. The floors were only vacuumed but not washed. It took 3 days to get the right person to clean them properly. You get what you pay for. My sister and her husband had a carpeted room but the carpet was so stained and dirty that they put sheets on the carpet where they walked. Getting towels is very hard.
