"Its a cute and clean property"

"The room was great… right across from the beach. Location is close to everything Clean room, great housekeeping. Friendly staff, quiet hotel. Just what we wanted. The beach is amazing. Maybe one small thing, the chairs and umbrellas, even if the hotel guests had priority, since it’s a public beach, priority is given to those that pay. Do make sure you secure your spots early, otherwise you may end up with no chairs or shade. "

"There is private parking. There is a secure entry that has a separate lock. The site is very nice with lots of greenery. The host is very nice and accommodating. This property is back in a neighborhood. My first night there was some loud noises coming from the neighbors vehicle. Other than that the room is nice, the air conditioning is cold and the shower and bathroom were very nice. I walked about 10 minutes to some local restaurants."

"My niece stayed at Joia in March 2026 and it did not disappoint. We were greeted with wash clothes to wipe our hands and was then given a yummy drink that had ginger in it. The lobby was beautiful. Kayla was warm and inviting when she checked us in. She told us, we were upgraded to a swim up room due to my Expedia status. The bellman was so nice that escorted us to our room. "Everything was perfect. The room was spotless, the staff were courteous and wonderful amenities. The ocean view from the room and resort was beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay there again."

"Quaint, modern and very clean hotel. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Location was a little isolated so you have to take a cab everywhere, but a lovely spot to relax. "

"The Tryp Hotel is in a perfect location; close to the beach (approximately a 3 min walk) and close to many restaurants and nightlife. The staff were extremely welcoming and always willing to help. The room was spacious and clean. The pool was always warm and the swim up bar was a plus. The whole stay was fantastic!!! "

"I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times (5–6 visits) and always had a great experience, which is why this situation is so disappointing. I was charged for a restaurant bill at 7:09 AM on the day of my arrival, even though my flight landed at 1:55 PM — clearly impossible. I contacted both accounting and management and provided full proof, but no one has responded for 10 days. It appears a simple mistake was made, but instead of resolving it, they are ignoring the issue. Very disappointing...

"The Hilton was great once again. I’m 81 and they put us in the Main building rm 1305 it was fabulous, so nice easy for me to move around. The staff is the very best. "
