On by the elevators, or one accessible in the lobby would be a great help. Other than that our stay was wonderful."

"I stayed here one night both coming into and leaving Thailand. It is a beautiful hotel and staff are terrific. Check in was so smooth and easy. Only a 10-15 minute walk to check in or from customs - all indoors and there are food places and phone/sim card places along the walk. Rooms are really nice and the pool area is very elegant. This is a perfect place to stay when transiting through BKK. "
