"Handy location to Durham and countryside. Clean cozy and friendly clear communications. Nice touch to have some supplies available on arrival. Felt unclear where to park as other locals parked up but I’m sure it would have been clear should I have asked."

"Easy parking. Warm and friendly reception and a warm, comfortable room.
Service in the bar/restaurant was exceptional.
Good beer, nice food and a very comfortable stay, Brilliant!"

"The rooms where spotless and the bed was very comfortale. The staff were very friendly. Food was very good and good portions. Defenitely going to book again in the near future. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back, great hotel beautifully decorated, breakfast was amazing we didnt stay for dinner but wished we had as it smelt amazing and the choices are plentiful
