The room had no towels. But a quick call to reception and towel were delivered. Dinner was really good. Breakfast was amazing and plentiful. Staff were friendly.
The hotel was soo clean,I was very satisfied with our room. The rooms were cleaned n linens changed on daily basis. We really enjoyed our stay there. To top it up the hotel is just a walk away from the beach.
I think the hotel needs some serious renovations..

The hotel didn't have a back up generator very inconvenient due to daily loadshedding which affects all of S. Africa. The smart TV. is reliable on an effective WiFi, which unfortunately was not the case. Very frustrating.
Wasted 3 hour trying to sort a misunderstanding between pavillion hotel and agent.I did recieve a confirmation that everything was in order because I booked two months before my stay.Disappoining,my booking was canceled at the last hour.I ended up crying alone in the reception area.I was late for the show. The matter was sorted after 3 hours of endless phone calls and unnecessary arguments.I was so hurt.Improve your communication skills between you and agents.
The trip was terrible, it made my son not to enjoy his first time in Durban. The bathroom had a very bad smell that i told the staff to fix but nothing was done. I didnt even want to order food at the restaurant, because the smell was too much. I even bought an airfresher but it did not help. It was the worst hotel experience ever. All the way from Limpopo to be disappointed like that. Im not a happy customer. Ill never recommend it to anyone. Waste of my money.
I had a terrible experience, first my room was not ready when i got there, i had to wait for more than an our with my tired kids, when it was finally ready i had to deal with the noise the whole night and i had to check out so i could find the other peaceful place to sleep even though i had booked for two days.
The hotel is a walking distance from the beach. Its located in a busy street so it can be quiet noisy in the evening. The windows looked like they haven't been cleaned in years and the overall look is outdated. The price was very reasonable
Checkin was on the 25.10.2020
It took forever cos room was not ready . 3pm was advised as the checkin time on the day . Reception lady was rude ... kids ended up napping on the couches by the lobby cos they were tire tired .
