Overall potential is there! View is beautiful

View and room were very neat and beautiful however the attitude from staff were disappointing (Pretty) - if staff are unable to communicate well please find a new front line lady as she represents the BnB. There were cockroaches in cupboards...

I felt mislead upon arrival.

On arrival. The apartment and establishment was not very clean. Not sure if it is rated 3star,as this was not apparent. Security Gate was out of order and fixed 3days later. The establish is poorly maintained. Microwave not kept clean. However the position is beautiful and we note the place was starting to be uplifted upon reporting to the manager. Trust

Unpleasant experience

First of all they only had one key to the room. This was never communicated to me until Sunday when evening when I found my room the way I left in the morning. I engaged them and only then I found out that I was supposed to leave my key with them. No cutlery, cups glasses in the room for coffee and or eating at night. I requested a breakfast pack on Saturday night for Sunday morning as I was going to run Comrades Marathon at 05h00 and was told that's not possible. Their contact number on their website doesn't work and they confirmed this when I finally managed to get hold of them after hours of standing outside at night before I check in. It was really unpleasant experience

Breathtaking

It was simply amazing, from the view to the staff. My room was spacious with breath taking views. The staff was super friendly. I will definitely be visiting this place again.Clean linen and hot showers, right on the beach, Perfectly situated BnB.

Absolutely amazing home away from home!! Awesome

200% what an amazing spot! Remarkable experience literally on the beach! Shout out to Udo and the staff, I had one of my best stays in a while.Got welcomed with a smile at the reception. My room not racing the besch still sunply the best, all rooms are fee steps form the deck pool area facing the beach. A let down to what is advertised. Bath towels were terrible, no hand towels, water was cold. NOT an English Breakfast at all. Would not recommend

Cleanliness needs attention

It was an overnight stop.....floors were grimy, cold showers, i suggest u take your own towels, fridge was dirty....breakfast tables were not cleaned...pool loungers were dirty. We came in late and there was no parking available for us. The amazing view and location is the only thing we were happy about

Arriving at Bentley on the beach, standing +- 20 minutes in front of the house waiting for someone to open the gate as there are no bell to ring. Phoned the office number 6 times and no answer. Asked another visitor on the deck where reception is and how to get in, he said park in front of the gate and lay on your horn they will open eventually. Walls in the bathroom are not clean, can see hand and dirty marks. Bed was nice to sleep on and must say breakfast was good.

Venue is ideal with great Sea views and access to the beach, service was satisfactory. Room was clean and comfortable, linen clean and comfortable, lacking attention to detail with a lot of small things dirty and broken(light switch, chipped cup, no sugar, TV remote not working properly, wires hanging all over the place behind TV) Dining Area was very poor, cupboard doors falling off and general cleanliness not good, cutlery a mish mash of old plates and bowls, cereal selection non existent. Enjoyed my stay but feel the experience would be better if the attention to detail was better and the dining area needs attention.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. The common areas like stairs were not kept clean yet it was busy. Facilities are very basic. The biggest drawcard is proximity to the beach

The view is outstanding, absolutely breath-taking. Udo the manager/owner is such a delight to deal with. The headboard in our room does need some refurbishing but overall, this was the best holiday stay ever. The kitchen staff are the sweetest, down to the guy that maintains the pool. they made our stay extra pleasurable

The location is perfect--beautiful unobstructed views of the ocean. But the room badly needed an updating--old furniture and fabrics. And the lighting in the bathroom was almost moonlight. Two small can lights, one of which was burnt out.
