"Kudos to all the front reception staff. A special thanks to Sphiwe for getting us into a comfortable suite. Not forgetting Zinhle who picked up on our communication on Expedia as the initial room was a bit smaller. She managed to upgrade us to a better, spacious room on the 2nd floor. We truly felt comfortable just like being back home. Keep up the good work."

"The apartment was lovely, despite a few minor details. I would highly recommend it as a holiday venue, as it is right on the beach, and easily reachable by road from anywhere in the city. The amenities in the apartment are very good, clean, and well-maintained for a self-catering stay. The reception ladies were very warm and welcoming; it was like coming home. They reacted immediately to any concern or request; their professionalism is of the highest level. The view of the harbour and passing...

"The cover thing about the hotel was the location. Great view of the beach and ocean and easy to walk e everywhere. Room was close to the pool and parking was free and easy. The shower leaked through the bottom by the door. People by pool woke us at 3:00 am one night not a 5 star hotel but I’d stay there again. Not expensive. Nice staff "

"Check-in was horrendous. The toilet was not cleaned. The TV did not work. The aircon remote was missing and the lights would not turn off."
