"We have stayed here twice. Highly recommend this property. Oksana who helped us check in both of our stays made the experience perfect. She is super friendly, makes you feel at home and is very helpful with recommendations for dinner as well as making us a reservation. Parking is easy and close. But we didn't miss the warm delicious cookies at the evening."

"The room seemed clean, but stunk so bad we had to shop downtown for room freshener. Even that didn't help. We think it was the nasty carpet, but seemed to smell even more when air conditioning came on. There also was a weird second connecting room door?? Thank goodness the downtown location is great. "I stayed at the Comfort Inn at Durango for two nights/three days, and wasn't disappointed in the least. To start- I cannot possibly praise the staff too much. INCREDIBLY friendly, helpful, and competent. I travel frequently, and these individuals BY FAR were the most helpful that Ive encountered all year. The facility is very good.
