"Kind of a cute hipster hotel. Staff is super nice and patient. Rooms are comfortable and use of codes instead of keys is a smart move. Breakfast is pastries, fruit, coffee, juice (no bread/eggs/etc). Bar gets popular at night with guests and locals and is a fun vibe. Location walkable to main st, parking available."

"The Leland House exceeded our expectations. The property is beautiful. The rooms are very well designed and the beds are very comfortable. The location is perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy their stay in Durango. The check-in is very easy and the communication from the staff is excellent. I, whole heartedly, recommend the Leland House!"

"Shower head is very low flow. Loud people in the hallway for hours late into the night."

"Breakfast was great. Room fit our needs perfectly. Excellent location"

"The room was very clean. Bathroom was very dated, and had no ventilation so it got very humid and wet in there. The heater was not working (they just switched from"

"Housekeeping was very friendly and nice every single day. Check-in host was very friendly. Room was clean, and suited all of our needs."

"Okay the hotel was nice and comfortable quiet super clean, only is not outlet and the holder toilet paper not. After that was okay for us."

"The most disgusting and dirty hotel I’ve ever seen. They don’t even try to pretend they made any attempt to clean. I had to buy towels and sheets because theirs were all dirty and yellow with stains. I had to buy cleaning supplies to disinfect. I left with bites on my arms from bugs in the bed. So disgusting!"
