"We could not be happier with our stay and the service we received. We stayed in a deluxe double room with balcony which I picked because I was in Istanbul for surgery and knew I would spend a lot of time in the room, so the balcony gave some much needed extra space and added a bit of luxury too.
I needed ice after having surgery and the staff brought me ice a couple of times a day, they were so sweet and helpful.
The room was clean, had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable....

"All staff was courteous and professional. The guys at reception were so helpful in answering all our questions and sharing information to help us navigate through the city.
My room was cleaned thoroughly each day. I appreciate the lady’s work ethic.
The spa provided me with just the right “pick me up.” I had reflexology first. Secondly, I had a massage, then sauna, steam room, and finally the bath. What a way to get re-energized.
If you need a hotel on the Asian side, I highly recommend...
