"Everything was fine"

"The economy room was in the basement and not well indicated on Expedia, but it opened into a beautiful communal patio that served as our own back yard. The weather was mild so it wasn’t well used which gave us a lot of privacy but I imagine it would be noisy during hotter months when it gets more use. The rooms were not completely soundproof. Otherwise the room was quite nice and spacious. The mini bar even came with free cookies and crackers."

"Tesis mükemmel, çalışanlar çok yardımcı, kibar ve güleryüzlü. Kesinlikle her şeyiyle müthiş bir otel."

"Very handy location and easy to find. Good for transport. Airport bus, metro and ferries. Staff most pleasant and breakfast more than ample."

They are incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive, making you feel comfortable, welcome and safe throughout your stay. If there is ever an issue, they respond immediately and do their best to resolve it. The atmosphere is lovely and relaxing. For the price, I honestly think this place offers excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend it and would...

When we first enter the suite we found a cockroach, the staff killed it and removed it. Not a single word of apology from the manager. After I settled my account. He called me back after I had walked out of the...
