"This property was one of dirtiest hotels we have experienced. We booked two nights with them, but we didn’t stay there because when we arrived we noticed how unkempt the outside was kept, trashy and landscaping needed a lot of work. We then asked to see our room, which needed some serious attention. The carpet looked like it had been there since the seventies, looked very dirty and the bathrooms were in dire need of repair and cleaning. I would not recommend staying at this property! "You are very limited to what you can order to eat in the later evening. The resort itself does not have very many choices for dining. When you go out for dining into the harbor, most places close early and you’re not ideal for a traveler on a late flight. The check-in will be a nightmare! "This is crack central. Dangerous for alone travelers. I was afraid in the parking lot. Avoid this place like the plague. When I checked in I saw the condition of the office and I knew how the room would be. I asked for refund and was told Expedia would contact the owners for a refund. Of course they were unable to reach them. That tells me they know how bad it is. Pass this place up."

"This is our second stay and the first time there was a bridal party staying in the hotel and the groomsmen were having a loud and fantastic time! Mainly in the bar downstairs, but also the hallways and the elevator. But, it was a wedding and so we just kind of went with the flow. The hotel itself is clean and the views of the water from the balcony are nice. There was staff when we checked in, but absolutely no parking and this happened last time as well. "When we checked in, hotel was having computer issues and was unable to issue a room key. So everyone we left and returned, we had to go to front desk to be let back into our rooms. The staff was not apologetic nor sympathetic. If was as if it was our fault we didn’t have a room key."

"Breakfast has different items to choose from. Unfortunately the eggs, sausage and other items on that selection bar are not hot. They are warm. They sit under an open lid that lets the heat out. I wish there was a microwave to heat the food."

"I have stayed here many times and for the price you really can’t complain. However, we only had two bath towel towels, one washcloth and no soap. I tried to get in touch with the staff, but they did not answer so I just went to the dollar store and bought what I needed. Again for the price it can’t be beat. Just know you’re not in a Hilton."
