"Very competitive price for a comfortable room. Accommodation( total of 4 rooms) was adjacent to and accessed via the village pub , but we did not hear a thing ! Nice outdoor space for relaxing or dining/ drinking.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and we would definitely stay here again.
Only considerations are staircase up to accommodation and breakfast is not served in the pub. "

The welcome was warm and friendly and in fact I think the friendliness of the staff is my standout reason to stay. "What a lovely little find. 5 mins off the M1, but set in the grounds of an old vicarage and very quiet and tranquil.
Lovely welcome from the owners, shown my room which was lovely and spotless. Shared kitchen area had everything, cooker, fridge, coffee machine… basically everything you need.
You can use the garden area which had seating and tables which was lovely just to listen to the peace and quiet in the sunshine.
