"Need to have a vehicle for this property, as it is along a highway. Beautiful rainforest behind the hotel with a nice sitting area beside the river. Clean property, with a great pool and hot tub area. Don’t be late for the basic free breakfast as it was mostly packed up 10 minutes before the stated end time."

"The home was lovely, the on site manager was very nice. The reason for 2 stars, was due to a hard bed and last min discovery of a Wi Fi router right behind the bed, right by our heads. It was covered up by the closed curtain, so for 3 days we couldn't see it and didn't know it was their, till we were packing up and i pull the curtain back and their it was, inchs from my brain the whole time i slept for 3 nights, 😳. "Large, comfortable room. No sponge to do the dishes, but plenty of good towels. The family who runs it are low key and seem to like a homey atmosphere. Walking distance to downtown. "

"The call centre number was not updated and the front desk of the resort didnt answer there phone. We were told there was a dock (we came by boat) and live music that began at 7 - the pub was closed since last summer. The internet didnt work, and the info book that was in our room said there was a grab and go breakfast nook that was open from 7am-3pm - it was not open. All of this being said it could have all been avoided if it gave dates of the off season and when the peak season began. I...

"I have stayed here a number of times over the years and I really like it. It's a good mid priced hotel with very accommodating staff, a nice atmosphere and a great location. This time there was a very unpleasant door in the hallway both days we were there. That took away from my overall review."
