"We regularly travel with a large sports team and this was our all-time favourite tournament hotel. We loved the gazebo outside for team meals and found the staff very accommodating. This is a well-designed hotel, and the proximity to picturesque Ladysmith was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend to teams traveling for tournaments in Nanaimo."

"The staff were very friendly & extremely helpful, the room was spacious & bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. I will be staying here again for sure the next time I am in town. 😄"

"The room was basic and clean.Air conditioner worked well.Surprising choice of TV options. Fridge and freezer both worked well.Downside for me was no blowdryer in the bathroom but I would stay here again."
