The room that we got was really impressive. Oceans of room, very large and comfortable bed, kettle, mini fridge, large bath towels, etc. However, despite reporting twice to reception that the thermostat and heater was msfunctioning and only blowing cold air irrespective of what temp we set.

Highly recommended- staff were amazing, gave us early check in, so friendly. Bottle in the room for us and chocolates as we were celebrating our anniversary. There was even a hot chocolate station in reception for Christmas. We will definitely be back!

Something that was super amazing at this hotel is that the rooms have varied outlets for different plugs (EU, UK and US) and plugs didn't fallout with using converter. Large bathrooms and great mini bar options and teas. Very friendly staff, beautiful property.
