Great spacious room with all the amenities you could hope for. Very accommodating when we required a late check out too. Staff were extra helpful!

Business trip stayed twice different rooms, both good quality rooms though if having any mobility issues make sure to point it as top floor staircase not easy to manoeuvre. Receptionists fantastic no complaints

My stay was ok. The room was clean and a decent size, and the staff were nice and helpful. If you don't mine walking, it's a pleasant stroll (maybe 20 mins + to Templebar). Two key criticisms: - Guests aren't allowed to let themselves into the property. Staff sit at reception 24 hours and you have to leave your room key with them whenever you leave, and ring a doorbell to be let in. Feels a bit like staying with your parents. This is apparently for 'security' reasons; i.e., the area around the property is a bit dodgy. - There's no parking available. Staff suggested parking in the nearby hospital car park, which isn't terribly convenient (or cheap).

The staff was courteous, the tv in the room was not working so my daughter and I were moved to a one bedroom, which was nice. It was pretty close to town and easy to get to.

Great location for a stay in Dublin

Good location and excellent sized room. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby and not far into the centre and Connolly station

We were required to be let in by staff. Arrived one night to find another couple standing in the rain because nobody was at the desk and the phone number listed to call was not a good number. Finally let in after banging on the door. Iron bars on room window. Sketchy neighborhood as well as the other regular tenants.

I loved that we had a separate bedroom and kitchen however we were only provided with one bath towel for two people for 5 nights. We were given two bath mats to make up for it. There was no garbage can or dish liquid available, and no tidying during our stay which was unexpected.

We were booking late so didn't have a lot of choice, but this turned out to be a well-priced and convenient location for our visit to Dublin. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the apartment was clean and tidy. The location was decent, walkable to most of the tourist sites without being right in the middle. It was however still quite noisy, I think the windows didn't seal very well. They also didn't open very wide which made it hard to cool it down, but I assume that's some safety regulation that can't be changed. It's nice to have a small kitchen, but it would have been convenient if some essentials (oil, salt, pepper, washing up liquid, etc) were provided - nobody wants to buy these just to make a meal or two during a short stay.

The staff was really nice and welcoming. I stayed one night instead of three because of an unexpected event, the manager could refund one night, which I greatly appreciated. The hotel is conveniently located, buses at the corner, grocery stores, walkable. What should be improved: cleanliness and refurbishing, it needs refreshing.

El apartamento en líneas generales calidad - precio - ubicación está genial, pero es cierto que puede mejorar ciertos aspectos como la limpieza y algún estado de las cosas, en mi caso el techo del baño y el marco de la puerta estaban desconchándose y eso no da tan buena imagen, por eso no diría perfecto.
