Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities

Ok
Handy to portmarnock beach etc (5-10min drive)..heating wasn't working so we had no heat or hot water for first 24hrs. Company came and fixed. Would benefit from a file of instructions for things like Wi-Fi and things to do in local area.

Fairly close to airport
Troubled because the Unit smelled very smoky (stale smoke) further to this the property sent an email saying that we would not receive address etc until I paid the cleaning fee one week in advance. I emailed the property management about the smoke smell but no response.
