"I witnessed the disturbance described in another guest’s review and was also in the lobby when she reported her concerns to the front-desk employee, Cletus. What disappointed me most was how dismissively she was treated. She explained that the overnight fighting and yelling had left her feeling unsafe. Rather than responding with concern and taking her complaint seriously, Cletus appeared uninterested. From what I witnessed, she received no meaningful acknowledgment of what she had...

"Very clean."

"What a beautiful property, we were on a Florida road trip which included 6 property's we stayed at and this was by far the most beautiful one. Spotlessly clean and everything in the apartment was of very high quality and the pool was gorgeous 😍 also not forgetting the extra goodies provided which added to the wonderful experience. We would stay again in a heartbeat 💓"

"horrible experience Mold and water damage and peeling paint door handle came off so I was locked out until a locksmith came to replace the door handle left sharp metal parts of the broekn handle in front of the entance no hot water and charged for damaging a crib that I never saw or touched a HORRIBLE place"

"We loved the hotel, our only issue was Wifi. We stayed for a week and where never able to connect. The desk said it was my rewards, rewards said it was the hotel and I never got it settled"

"Good location and clean room"

Fresh coffee brewed every morning. The weather was a little iffy but I did get some sunshine while I was there and able...
