"We stayed there twice, a week apart on our way to and from California. The hotel was disgusting. The rooms smelled of stale coffee, the bathroom grout was full of mold. The ice machine can’t have been cleaned ever because we were pulling out cubes filled with black mold and sludge. The breakfast wasn’t any better. The scrambled eggs were burnt and wet. There was a puddle of condensation at the bottom of the eggs… plus the turkey sausage was so dry the skin was pulling from the meat and it tasted like it was about to go rancid. Very poor quality hotel. No interest in ever visiting again. Yuck!"

"The hotel spa is relaxing. Moon is a fantastic massage therapist, and her cupping technique was amazing. The resort charges random fees, like a $25 resort fee (for water and coffee in the room, which is ridiculous). The Spa automatically adds a 20% gratuity to your bill, plus a $7 service fee. I would not stay here again because of all the random fees the resort adds on - completely unnecessary, and the restaurants are over-priced."

"I was looking to stay in a place that was easy, comfortable and clean for a quick 2 day trip and I found exactly that here. I loved my stay I didn't have to call the front desk once! Everything was just perfect."

"While the resort itself is awesome with good and friendly staff, the state of the shower in our room was the worst I've ever seen. Mold in every single corner that could have at least been partially removed with a wipe. I was certain I would have been able to remove some of it with a swipe of a towel (which, I did not, because that's gross). For nearly $400 a night, this is unacceptable. It was also very difficult to locate areas where we could fill our water bottles, which is a necessity in the heat. I know people are coming mainly for the resort itself, but the quality of the stay could be significantly improved. "

"These has been so far the worst stay on that hotel. The check-in was an accurate no many help from the staff to check in, we got into the room, everything was pretty dirty. Nasty disgusting. There were no towels except one hand towel , they took forever to bring more towels, it was so much chaotic situation trying to get a hold of somebody. Nobody can talk on the phone, you only have to text and figure out things by yourself, no phone in the room to call anyone, pretty much a nightmare that failed that I was on a twilight zone Hotel. For being on Scottsdale, I would have think of something a little better than what it was, too much noise, kids, jumping up on my roof on the next floor up The cleaning is on the place was the worst for the price of the room, I don’t not recommend at all display to anybody Nobody deserves to go through what I went through there I have staying so many different hotels in my life, so far this is one of the worst Do not stay there if you really don’t want to struggle with no proper customer service, and dirtiness all over the place, the couch was pretty stained, dirty everywhere, full of cobwebs.
