"Disappointed with the boring indoor pool with no jacuzzi. Breakfast menu was lame too, skinny selection of breakfast items... we'll be staying at Ayres more from now on..."

"Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Our second stay and I’m really pleased with this hotel. So many extras. This time we partook in the free breakfast and didn’t realize they were offering hot breakfast cooked to order! Staff is extremely helpful and kind. Rosa at the front desk opened à bottle of wine for us and gave us some wine glasses to use. Will definitely continue to book Quality Suites."

"Friendly & helpful staffing"

"Do it."

"Happy with our stay as family !"

"It was a once and done experience you could tell they cut corners wherever they could to maximize profit. Tourist trap vibes. Still cool to do one time."

"It's our second stay at this hotel. That doesn't happen often"

"Small, but very clean and quiet room. Great price point for the location."

"Breakfast, because we expected to see orange juice, fresh fruits, eggs, waffles or slices of bread."

"Everything was nice here at this property. We liked staying here on our way to Big Sur."

"This is my first time staying at this hotel, and it was perfect. The location was close to different restaurants and stores. The beds were extremely comfortable. I do so much traveling for work that I can’t remember the last time I slept in a hotel that had comfortable beds. This by far is 10 stars for bed comfort. The staff were so polite. The hotel was so clean. I hope that I have to travel back to this place because I will definitely be staying here again."

"The lady at the reception customer service is top notch. Parking excellent, rooms clean"
