"Good breakfast and location , the rest has room for improvement considering it is a supposed 5 star hotel."

"Staff were excellent and made our stay special. Pool staff went over and beyond. Not many amenities around but easy to get an uber around. Food was great too! No complaints about this stay!"

"Wonderful staff, incredible room, scrumptious breakfast. The only hotel to stay in when in Cairo"

"Hotel was in a"

"Good"

"Very nice property."

"Room clean and nice view, staff nice , breakfast Coffee machines should be replaced, as their hygiene is very poor."

"We had to stay a night here as our original hotel wouldn't allow an early check in so we found this last minute. For the price you get what you pay for. AC didn't work so we had to keep balcony door open at night. It was walkable to shops and restaurants open late at night so that was good. Area seemed like heavily local and not touristy. The breakfast in the morning was good given the price."

"The room wasn’t very clean, the blankets had cigarette burn holes in them, and we were only given one towel. There was very little information about the hotel and there was no breakfast when it was advertised there would be. No soundproofing inside or outside, the doors weren’t sealed at all. The staff was present and attempting to be helpful and were very nice. The location is good, but the hotel not so much."

"Unfortunately this property is not what I am used to from Hilton brand. The room is quite outdated, cracks in the bathtub and walls, old decorations, buffet breakfast is about 2/5 in comparison to similar hotels. Our room cards locked us out twice in 3 days. Breakfast chaotic with no one to clean your used plates. We went to 1 breakfast room to find out that it’s full but no directions provided where to go when the room no longer can accommodate. Disappointing."

"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the service was excellent from start to finish. All of the staff were amazing, friendly, and very helpful. A special thank you to Yousif, who was exceptionally kind, professional, and welcoming. He went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable."

"The staff was very welcoming even when we arrived extremely early in the morning. They held onto our bags and they were in the room when we checked in later. They made sure we had everything we needed."

"Thanks for the great hospitality"
