Throughout the night and into the early morning, children were running around and making noise somewhere next to my room. Also, there were constant mechanical noises throughout the night. I stayed here for five nights, and I had a lot of trouble because the internet wasn't working at all. However, the cleaning staff provided a lot of help whenever needed.

Service was great. Breakfast was a terrific buffet. Staff took good care of us. The room was clean. some stuff needed repair, and something really confused me. I asked to extend my stay, and the front desk person told me they were sold out. I went up to my room and booked it on Expedia, and came back downstairs and the very same person extended my stay....... very odd.

The front desk and porters were polite and pleasant, but the restaurant staff and housekeeping were extremely poor. Even though checkout time is 12:00 noon, housekeeping knocked after 8:00 a.m. asking if they could clean, which was completely unbelievable. We had dinner at the Indian restaurant, where the staff spent most of their time chatting and even sprayed something like insect repellent while guests were present, which was very unpleasant. The quality of the food was also poor. At the breakfast restaurant, the reception staff treated us in a way that felt discriminatory, and the tables were not cleaned at all. Additionally, when I called to ask about the breakfast venue — whether it was on the RF floor or the R floor — and asked three times, I was laughed at. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I will never stay at this hotel again and will absolutely not recommend it to others.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful including checkin, bar and restaurant staff and cleaning staff. The hotel is very central to downtown Cairo and it is easy to walk many places.

It was a wonderful experience for me at Ramses Hilton Hotel. The staff were very friendly, the stay was comfortable for two weeks, and the price was suitable for the stay. The most beautiful thing about it was the manager: Mrs. Ramanda. She is a sophisticated person in dealing with customers and has sufficient experience in her field of work. I thank her very much.
