"Dear Margaritaville Guest Relations, I wanted to share feedback regarding my recent stay because I believe guest experiences—both positive and negative—are important opportunities for improvement. This was my first experience staying at this Margaritaville location, and unfortunately, it was extremely disappointing. "Stayed for a dance competition, quiet. Very clean. Convienent location to tourist attractions. Easy parking. Is not beachfront. That is harbor side and traffic makes it difficult to get to. About a 5 minute drive from total beach , and the beaches there are public and fairly easy to get to. There was a nice view, however there are lots of homeless people in this area apparently, my kids were very intrigued about the man sleeping in the yard by the waffle house. "We had a great time, the manager of the bell hop was extremely rude at least that's who we think he was. We simply asked if we could use a cart to get our belongings from the car and he turned around and said "No!" I said "Okay so you dont get your own things?!" (Since we had never stayed at this location before) and he responded "Don't you think that's what they get paid for?!" I just kind of stood there in shock. Let me add my mom is disabled and we had just driven from Texas, we were tired...

"Clean fun atmosphere Restaurants were fabulous especially Morton’s! GN’s staff super friendly and helpful! I had misplaced my phone and the people at the front desk and security were extremely helpful in locating it!"
