"I've stayed at this hotel in the past and had a wonderful experience, which is why I chose to stay here again. Unfortunately, this visit was completely different. The bed sheets were dirty when I arrived, and the chair in the room was absolutely disgusting and appeared to have not been cleaned. It was very disappointing, especially considering the positive experiences I've had here before. "The continental breakfast was great and the cooks were awesome. I wasn't pleased with the condition of my room. The TV didn't work properly, I had to keep turning it on and off. The room had a musty smell. The bathroom was half cleaned. The furniture hadn't been dusted .The refrigerator had ice build up in the top."

"If you have kids, need any type of assistance this is not the place for you. If you want a close walk and convenient parking. This is not the place. If you enjoy a resort with lots of rules to keep kids from having fun , this is the place. The staff will lie to your face about accommodations. The staff especially Karen in security is the most rude I’ve ever encountered traveling. Lovely resort, it’s clean. Casinos nice. Just don’t expect much. They cater to casino more than hotel."

"Staff checked us in and didn't have a room available so we had to wait over 3 hours before getting into the room. Everything was closed by that time and the room had mold on the walls and some weird substance on the wall sheets were dirty."

She made the check-in process easy and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Her excellent customer service made a great first impression and was truly appreciated. "We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel was beautiful, and the overall experience was wonderful. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the room felt a bit humid throughout our stay. I also noticed a small spot on the bed sheets that appeared to be dirty (though it may have just been a stain). It wasn’t a major issue, but it did give me a little pause."
