A localização do hotel é excelente para quem quer ficar no centro de Dourados. Anteriormente conhecido como Alphonsus, este foi um dos melhores hotéis na cidade nos anos 80. Muitos barulhos pela madrugada, tipo de pessoas transitando pelos corredores, inclusive barulho do ar condicionado, muito antigo ou defeituoso barulho era terrivel, decidi deixar a estadia pela madrugada pois não consegui ter conforto para dormir.
