"So, this is not the most glamorous stay by any means. You are in a college dorm and so things are tight. However, for housing in Dublin right now, it is a very, very good value. The area felt safer than much of the city and was close to a bus station. The communal area was also very nice. And the hot water really works!"

"Was on a solo adventure and this place was perfect. It’s within walking distance of transport and sights to see. The park next door was peaceful. The room was clean with plenty of storage for me and plenty of places to plug in whatever technology I had. The staff was helpful and friendly. "

"We booked the property because we had a party of 8 and their apartments accommodated our party size. The floors had not been cleaned when we arrived. There is a train that runs behind the property so the noise is consistently loud during most of the day. We requested clean towels on our third day and even though we were told they’d be sent up, we never received them. The space of the apartment for our party size was great, but there wasn’t much within walking distance in terms of food or grocery...

"Great stay for a solo trip, it's a room where a student would normally stay so all the day to day facilities are available. Security 24/7, and a cafe on site that's makes delicious scones is a bonus."

"Property is in a country like setting . It is a 20 minute drive to restaurants and stores to get a bite to eat. There is no one available on the property to let you into your rooms. Spent 90 minutes trying to reach someone by phone and email. We are 60 years old and not computer smart. "

"Excellent pace to stay, close to the train station, pubs and bars , room looks modern, clean and fresh, although over the road from a busy bar we slept really well as the new windows blocked out any noise , we did have and issue with room keys on arrival but we sorted it with the help of another guest , we’d definitely stay again ."

"We loved the location of this hotel! It was within walking distance to everything that we wanted to see. The continental breakfast was great, and the staff was really friendly. We appreciated that our room had a mini fridge, which was really helpful for when we wanted to have small Food in our room. The only downfall was the room was on the smaller side, but I think this is common for this location in Dublin."
