The appliances were dated, the dryer didn’t dry but the house was well stocked with dishes and necessities. We did have a few issues. The door to the patio wouldn’t lock and a bathroom sink drain was stuck. We reported the problems and they were not repaired before the end of the stay. We did have an enjoyable visit overall. The golf course and hotel were very beautiful and well maintained. We really liked the space and it worked out well for our group.

It was great, but lacked some basic things. It fit my family really well, I just feel like it was super dated. Some bathrooms didn’t have soap. Also, the kitchen didn’t have towels or even paper towels. The washer was great to have, but the dryer was horrible.

After paying so much for a night you have to complain three time in 36 hours to get a bathroom fixed and they said can't fix the broken mattress and had to sleep on broken mattreas

Hotel Service Lacking for Houses

Stayed in a courtyard house expecting to be treated as hotel guests. Refused to serve a meal on the terrace on a sunny evening even though all indoor tables were occupied and generally difficult to get space in hotel for dining or drinks. Some of the houses seemed to be permanently occupied which might explain why residents are not well treated in the hotel. It is not a good idea to rent a house for a weekend and pay hotel prices for no hotel service.

House Badly Maintained, Badly Equipped

On arrival in house freezer door was open and freezer completely iced up such that door drawers don't open and door cannot be closed. Maintenance brought a bag of towels to dry up the floor myself as it defrosts. Cafetiere lid broken and it breaks glass while trying to make coffee. Kettle breaks and has to be replaced. No soap in bathroom dispenser Dangerous issues....child gate at top of stairs opens when 14 month old toddler rattles it. Mirror very loose and ready to fall off bathroom wall. Badly equipped with the following missing...large saucepan, decent cafetierre, only minature one cup cafetiere. no desert spoons, only 4 mugs one chipped. No cushions for metal patio chairs. Couches in poor condition with arms caved in. Patio table grimy with moss and cobwebs not cleaned for weeks. Patio and garden overgrown and dirty. Cigarette butts outside front door. Treated like outside visitors rather than as guests in hotel restaurants and lounges.
