"Great place to spend a week running from the New York cold. "

"Some staff were friendly, waitstaff however were very rude. They’d come to the table and just stand there and glare and take out their pad and pen. Acred annoyed whenever we asked for anything. The resort needs extensive renovations. Marble tiles fell off front of swim up bar and they were just left as open gaps with spray foam. Pool water was cloudy. Toilet seats where actually missing in public bathroom off front of resort entrance our entire stay. Other public restrooms the majority of doors wouldn’t close because they were so rickety and leaning. Food was awful. All desserts except maybe a cake were just different colored and shaped jello. Rooms were run down with mold, squashed bugs on walls, peeling paint, old toilet seats. Drinks were not strong at all, tasted watered down. Weren’t anywhere near enough loungers for number of guests and they allowed people to put towels down all day to save chairs. Same on the beach. Beach was covered in seaweed and it was floating in the water. Resort right down from it somehow managed to completely clean up seaweed. Dance show in theatre was ridiculous! 4 amateur dancers doing quick changes. Costumes old and ripped. Large screen on stage had huge pixelated break in it during every show. Read prior reviews mentioning this so it’s been broken for a long time. Mid stay the buffet room flooded or something and we all had to go to Mexican buffet for breakfast. Coffee shop was good. Francisco Jimenez bartender was great. "

"Love the ocean view rooms. The rooms are a great size. I just wish they were a little bit more clean and up kept. Outlet covers were hanging off, there was no remote in our room and the shower/toilet area could have been cleaned a bit more. Overall, our stay was good."

"My recent stay at Serenade All Suites Adults Only Resort in Punta Cana was extremely disappointing and far below what was advertised on Expedia. From the moment we arrived, there were numerous issues with the property that significantly impacted our stay. First, there were serious problems with basic room utilities, including inconsistent running water and malfunctioning air conditioning. These are essential services that any hotel should provide, especially at a resort marketed as a luxury all-inclusive property. The lack of reliable water and AC created uncomfortable and at times unsanitary conditions in the room. Additionally, there were multiple safety and maintenance concerns throughout the property. For example, lounge chairs near the pool had exposed or broken metal that created a risk of injury. Elevators were frequently out of service in several buildings, which made navigating the property difficult and inconvenient. Service at the resort was also extremely poor. Requests for basic items or assistance were often ignored, and staff frequently failed to follow through when something was requested. On one occasion during lunch, a restaurant host noticed that we never received our drink order and assured us it would be brought out, but it never arrived. Unfortunately, this type of experience was common during the stay."
