"This is a huge resort with lots of restaurants and amenities which is great because we traveled with kids. There is such a wide array of things to do! The service at the restaurants was ok. Always had to flag someone for coffee and I had the unpleasant experience at the Japanese restaurant when asking for details on some dishes. The server would roll their eyes and look away every time. For a resort like this I did expect service to be better. Room service was amazing."

"I bought a 5 day honeymoon for my son and his bride. They didnt want to trll me, but their room had MOLD all over the bathroom AND the bed skirt!!! I am so mad. The "resort" lost power 3 times, their tv would not hook up to wifi! This place is trash!!! Never again. RUN"

"Overall, the resort is great and beutiful, the staff are helpful. The only issue I had was the AC. I booked 3 rooms upon check in 2 rooms had an issue with airconditioning. I felt like our room isnt getting enough coldness like it supposed to get. I called they try to fix it but I think it is not fixed. Upon check in the receptionist mixed our rooms so it took a little longer to settled. The only thing also that I didnt like is the people from the premier who is trying hard to sell us a timeshare, it took us about an hour for questions and questions, I would say get into the point and stop beating around bushes, so both can save time, I felt like I was trap for 1 hour. But the resort is good. I might recommend it with friends and family but thinking about the selling part its giving me back the memories."

"While the property itself is absolutely beautiful, our overall experience was disappointing due to several issues. The grounds, pools, and overall aesthetic of the resort are truly stunning and well-maintained. It’s clear that a lot of effort has gone into creating a visually appealing environment. Unfortunately, our room had multiple problems that significantly impacted our stay. The most concerning was the door lock — it would not lock properly, meaning anyone could open it without a key. We had to wait over an hour for assistance, and even after someone came to “fix” it, the issue was not fully resolved as we still couldn’t lock the door from the inside. This raised serious safety concerns. Additionally, the water pressure was very low, and the back door would not close all the way, which added to the frustration. What stood out the most — and ultimately affected our experience the most — was the service and food. Compared to many other resorts we’ve stayed at, the level of hospitality here was extremely disappointing. Much of the staff seemed unwilling to take initiative, showed little effort to understand or resolve concerns, and overall came across as unfriendly — especially toward families with children. Traveling with kids, this made a noticeable difference in how comfortable and welcomed we felt."
