"We were pleasantly surprised to see the bus from Chamonix stop right in front of the hotel. The manager who checked us in was knowledgeable, helpful and kind. The price for the breakfast buffet was the most reasonable of our trip, and while we did not have dinner in the restaurant, it did smell good and was busy. There is a market nearby and the main part of town is just a 20 minute walk away, where the official start of the TMB, the Tour du Mont Blanc is. The staff was accommodating and...

"The staff were amazing. We hiked the TMB and were able to leave our bags with the concierge. The apartment suites had high end appliances and were amazingly functional and comfortable. The spa was delightful and very clean."

"We had bad impression since we arrived. We choose this hotel because they saud they have shuttle bus. So when we arrive at train station, we actually called them to ask them to pick us up caz 2 of us had 3 luggages. The person who picked up the phone refused and said he could not come to pick up as he was the reception and cannot leave the hotel. And said we could walk to hotel only 400 m. "Absolutely beautiful. Small room but it was the perfect cozy space to begin and end our trip as we hiked the TMB. Great location just outside the center of town so you only had to walk a minute to get to the Main Street for restaurants and shops. Also an amazing view of Mont Blanc as you wake up! Recommend 100 out of 10. Staff was extremely helpful and caring."
