"Lovely hotel well positioned, but unfortunately the food from the menu let it down my husband had the chicken and pasta completely tasteless, wife had the slither of salmon she said it was okay, her sister and husband said the chips where cold sent them back redone and bought back out Breakfast was okay could have been hotter"

"We had a great stay here. Probably the best hotel we've ever stayed in"

"The spa facilities would be fantastic however my experience was cut short due to the workers doing maintenance on the outdoor hot tub during my pre paid time which meant there were about 16 of us at one point sat in a bath as there was nothing else to do, room was dirty and mould on ceiling, staff said couldn’t help as hotel was full, offered to run up with a cloth but this was poor, restaurant staff all inexperienced and lacking manners, failed to bring drinks order until 40 mins in and had to...

"Lovely accommodation with an excellent breakfast"

"I loved this hotel! I booked in for one night and stayed for four! I had booked a single room but on checking in requested a room with a bathtub if possible. Not only did I get that, but they put me in a double room! Breakfast was excellent and the restaurant/bar was very nice and convenient. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"The views are excellent- Staff very welcoming and friendly. Rooms very comfortable but warning of some sloping ceilings! Amenities very good - good value for money. Breakfast very good. Good choice menu in the evening but disappointed that apple and blackberry pie not available for 4 nights of our stay! Dog friendly - which is great for dog owners but personally - I wasnt so happy re a couple with 2 big dogs being allowed into the dining room in the evening."

"Well situated. Carpets dirty. Cocktail lounge cold. Too techy & it didn't work. No parking. Breakfast expensive. Bathroom mouldy"

"Amazing view of mountains from room windows, convenient location to reach Snowdonia, Holyhead and many more places to discover North Wales"

"Fantastic property in a great location just a few minutes walk from the town. Sean was incredibly accommodating from the minute I arrived, providing me with books and information of snowdon routes ahead of my climb! Absolute 10/10 breakfast cooked by sean, again he was very accommodating providing me the option to have it earlier than the usual time so I could get up the mountain quicker. If I ever return I’ll be sure to stay here again, fantastic stay."

"The hotel looks great from the outside, but inside it has a stale smell. Our room"

"Upon arrival we have been upgraded (for free) to a luxury room. The room itself was very nicely decorated and it had that luxury, boutique feel. Room was very clean. All towels, glasses, cutlery in the room as well as bedding was very clean. The hotel itself has a unique style, very well thought through with stylish design and decorations. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast delicious and quickly prepared and served. Hotel is situated within 15 minutes drive from seaside town as well as...

"Great location, easy self check in. The whole place was clean and in good condition. Simple self service breakfast with good coffee. If there was one word of warning... if you're a light sleeper bring earplugs. Someone in the next room was an impressive snorer and I didn't have any!"

"Great stay! Could t fault the accommodation at all! 5 min drive from zip world, host left some extras for us, tea coffee sugar milk bottle of bubbly and some chocolates and shortbread! Excellent touch! Some nice walks nearby weather your a novice or a professional hiker something for everyone! Will definitely stay again! I’d recommend bringing some shopping with you, as the nearest shop is around a 30 minute walk away, however if you don’t mind driving it’s only 5/10 mins down the road to the...

"Lovely little place to stay in a beautiful village. Cereals and fruit provided for breakfast. Friendly staff when we checked in and out. Only downside the shower need a bit more power! But would stay again if we were ever in the area. Plus stunning view from our room."
