"Very quiet and comfortable beds.
Nice breakfast.. I ordered a coffee as wanted a latte that wasnt included. It was no trouble and made at the bar.. delicious.
The hotel is very clean with nice toiletries and tastefully decorated throughout.

"We stayed at the property for 3 days and loved it. Mike and Carrie who own this property are a fabulous host and they made sure our stay is fully comfortable. My boys loved it when they chocolates on the day we were climbing the Snowdon mountain. The property is situated at a very good location not far from Betws-y-coed and the great part is Mike and Carrie have so well maintained the original character of this manor. We 100% recommend staying at this place."

"Absolutely amazing, great location, nice and peaceful. Host made sure that me and my friend are happy with everything and she was available if we needed anything. We had a lovely welcome gift ( Prosseco, chocolates and delicious Welsh cakes), the hot tub was warm and ready for us on arrival.
About 9 minutes drive to Zipp World, 12 minutes to little town called Betws- y- Coead where you can go for lovely food, walks and explore Beautiful waterfalls.

Dog friendly avec d'autres animaux pour vous tenir compagnie sans être envahissant : une jument et des moutons très sympas
Nous avons été très bien conseillés sur les endroits à visiter dans la région.
Une vingtaine de minutes de route pour se rendre à Snowdonia via Llanberis (à pied ou en train).

"The farmhouse and surroundings are picturesques but the cleanliness could be very much improved. The laminate flooring is worn in places and the amount of rubbish found under beds and sofas was alarming. "
"Surprised to drive up to this very modern hotel in the rural location. Checkin was easy and we were greeted with a friendly welcome.
Room was spacious, bed a little hard for my liking. Bathroom was clean and modern with separate room for the toilet and shower. Breakfast in the morning was good and there was plenty to choose from. Our stay was a great experience. All staff were helpful and friendly."
