In the initial stage when we checked in all seems in order. Upon arriving at the second floor in the second building wasn't pleasant at all be seniors and the distance from reception is too far. After a while we got a room on the G/F 2nd building. Room fit out is average. The room heater wasn't working, called the staff who could not help us either and the toilet seat is broken. Bed is fine. The issue is here that one is located in building 2 one has to go through a number of doors to be opened by an electronic device, problematic with luggage as well on the check out date. Overall not a very nice experience and the room interiors need an urgent upgrade.

Tres bon sejour a Divonnes les bains L’emplacement de cet hotel est juste magnifique et parfait. Le personnel y est tres sympathique et bienveillant. Nous y avons ete avec 2 gros chiens (beauceron et border collie) et cela n a pas ete un souci, ce qui est tres agreable.
