Our 1 week stay at the hotel was amazing! We got a room overlooking the main pedestrian square with incredible views of Lake Geneva. The location was great for exploring the area with restaurants and stores steps away. The service was also helpful and friendly.

This hotel was in a great area to walk around the shops and along Lake Geneva. The gentleman at the front desk in the mornings was personable, helpful and genuinely cared about my stay at the hotel. The hotel was clean as was my room. I was comfortable and slept well. I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Evian and the surrounding areas. It’s close to a lot of great sites.

All the staff really went out of their way. I know that lots of reviews say this, but I needed to ask lots of the staff while I happened to be there and nothing was too much trouble. They were always friendly and smiling and happy. Could not recommend more highly.

The location of this hotel is perfect, it’s on La Rue and is central to the main area for shops, bars and cafes. The rooms are spotless, air conditioning was excellent, en suite was clean and roomy. The staff were just lovely, it’s a small hotel and they clearly love what they do. We will definitely stay here again.
