There’s the free parking lot at the back of the hotel, amongst other perks like gym laundry and a very nice clean apartment. Divonne lake is like the backyard of the property. Don’t miss the Sunday morning market!

Nice hotel, with friendly staff, well located, in the center of Divonne, close to the shops and the famous Sunday market. But when it comes to cleanliness, omg, I think they have never, ever cleaned the rugs..

We only stayed one night before a flight so it was good for that purpose. They do need to clean common areas (vacuum the carpets) better, but the room was good. The restaurant the receptionist recommended was actually closed on Monday (as were others in the area) so we ended up driving to dinner.

The property was filthy and shouldn't be offered for rent. Choice hotels should not be affiliated with such a disgusting place. Do not stay here by any means. The beds were our only reprieve from the carpet which was suspiciously stained all over and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in 35 years. We did not even attempt to remove our shoes until safely on the beds. Just don't even consider this as a possible option for your stay.

Very quiet, the little town is adorable! We were not aware we were in France until we got to the store and we tried to communicate. Transportation was a challenge but once we oriented ourselves it went great!

It's unkept and i was woken by the smell of sinteric mariguana, maybe it be good for just one night not more. Expidia why do want me to lie about my stay in Zenitude Hotel? You got as 4 star but is 2 star max. This area is not good for dark skin people.

L'établissement est vétuste et mériterait un bon coup de rajeunissement. Personnel très accueillant au demeurant, le petit déjeuner est cher au regard de la qualité. Heureusement Divonne est un village fort sympathique, non loin du lac Lemans ce qui lui confère beaucoup d'avantages !

Als wir im Hotel ankamen, hatten wir zunächst Schwierigkeiten mit dem Online-Check-in. Anfangs konnten wir leider keine hilfreiche Unterstützung bekommen. Später jedoch, als wir wieder ins Hotel zurückkamen, war ein junger Mann an der Rezeption, der uns sofort und mit einem Lächeln weiterhalf. Er kümmerte sich sehr geduldig um unser Anliegen, erklärte alles verständlich und sorgte dafür, dass wir problemlos einchecken konnten. Seine Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft haben unseren Aufenthalt von Anfang an viel angenehmer gemacht, Vielen Dank dafür!
