"Rooms are small, but the price and location are great. Room was updated. Kitchen has pots and pans but seems like you should source your own utensils. Freeway noise is there no matter where you are in building, so if you are sensitive to white noise, maybe stay somewhere else. "

"Traveled with my 72-year-old mother and my child. After check-in, my mom stepped out to move the car and accidentally left her phone and key inside the room. She couldn’t remember the room number and went to the front desk for help. She asked if she could use a phone to call me so I could come get her, but the front desk would not assist. No one offered to call the room or help locate it. She ended up wandering the property for about 30 minutes trying to find our room and was visibly shaken when I finally found her. When I later asked about it, I was told that the request to use a phone was considered “ridiculous.” Basic hospitality would have meant helping an elderly guest contact her family or locate the room. I cannot recommend this inn."
