"Was where able to see my cruise ship. We are a party of 11 and were super comfortable. Property was clean, great views great location."

"Love the decor. Bed was a lil soft for me personally. Great food in the diner."

"Na"

"The best breakfast ever! However, there was a dirty fork in the sink when we went into the room, and also a pill was found on the bathroom floor."

"Easy and fast. Great customer service"

"The hotel is under renovation. It didn’t feel at all like a Sheraton. The women who checked us was great and explained how long it took for the renovation to take place, but how hard it’s been to endure it. The is no restaurant, so room service was was not easy for two 88 year old women. The room was okay, but not wonderful. One could see the aging, with broken plugs and inadequate charging facilities. Etc."

"Rooms were really clean and comfortable. Request for services were addressed quickly. Staff was very nice and friendly."

"Everything was great! staff was friendly. would stay here again"

"SOOO this is the worst double tree I've ever stayed at, everything is old and they didn't have a key system so I had to ask the front desk to open my room everytime I needed to go into my room, so annoying. The carpet of the room smelled odd and it's super old, the furniture it's all scratched. Literally the worst."

"very clean room"

"Loved it"

"The door coming off the hinges Vending machine was out of water The door was so close to the toilet barely close it Carpet stained Very old"
