"I’ve been staying at this hotel for years because I come to San Diego often for work. To be honest it was rough at first. However, the rooms and property are getting updated and the processes for parking, etc are running so much more smoothly. Further, the team is very helpful with anything you need. "

"The hotel itself is very nice. The room is spacious. Location wise it is surrounded by a lot of other hotels but not close to restaurants/shops. The down side to this hotel is there is a lack of facilities. The restaurant closes at 9pm. And on the saturday when we wanted afternoon food the restaurant was closed for a private event. There is no coffee shop within the hotel. Its a very sterile environment. Cannot fault the rooms but dont come here for an overall "experience". "

"Room was ok, missing a piece of tile on the side of the shower looked like it had mold around the bath tub and they re cocked it after trying to clean it. The air vent in the bathroom was very dirty they need to clean it. Plug in bath tub was broken. Beds a little squeaky when you move but we're comfortable. I didn't take pictures sorry I was just there for a little stay. Parking was a little difficult there was a big charter bus and took up alot of spaces in the front of the building. Would I stay there again unfortunately no. But we all have our own options. "

"I arrived late. The girl at the front desk was very helpful. Parked on the property for 10 dollars a day extra. The room was clean but really hot and being in San Diego was very humid. A/C didn't work very well. The property is really close to the airport and the beaches. I'm pretty familiar with the area so getting around was really easy but San Diego is an extremely busy city so give yourself a minute. No pool, self laundry, a ton of food options close by. You get what you pay for and I was really pleased with my stay in San Diego. I would probably pay for a more expensive option next time but all said I was pleased with my stay."
