"Just to start it out, I’m giving a five star because of the manager there, Kaylee. We had an issue with our room maintenance came by a couple of times and they could not fix the issue, and Kaylee went ahead and upgraded our room to a much bigger and nicer room, and gave us a discount on our first night because of the issues. She was very helpful, very awesome, very detail-oriented, which I greatly appreciate. So the five star is definitely for her and her great customer service . The property overall is pretty good. It’s very big because it’s two hotels in one. No issues with the beds. The rooms temperature control and the way they handle the master light switches is very odd and confusing. It seems very unnecessary, to be honest. It’s hard to put into words here. If I had one major complaint of the property, it would definitely be how the thermostat and lights work on the property. In fact, both of our rooms, the first one and the new one, had some lights not working at all, and it was just very strange. So I think some of the rooms need to be double checked, but overall it was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was OK, nothing amazing, but it’s the included breakfast. I would stay here again for sure."
