"The hotel staff were very nice, the room was large and comfortable. My only complaint is the air conditioning was blasting and it was pretty chilly outside. When I asked to have the heat put on, it was for a few hours then went back to cold. My room on the ground floor look directly to the street so if you want to open your curtains, i recommend you ask for a room upstairs. "

When a crib for our baby wasn’t available, the staff immediately upgraded us to a larger room to make our stay more comfortable. This thoughtful gesture really made a difference for us.
