"What a beautiful property I would definitely stay here again. Jake at check-in was incredibly informative with excellent customer service skills. The granola and fruit were delicious. I loved the common areas, which were warm and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the fireplace was cozy. The ice machine kept running out of ice, but that’s just a little thing that they need to fix.
I look forward to visiting this beautiful property again with my family! "

"The room was beautiful. Wonderful ocean view and patio to sit on. Clean and updated. Bathroom was very nice with a great shower. Breakfast was freshly made and delicious.(we were asked about any dietary needs upon check-in) Staff was helpful and friendly. We were delighted to find complimentary wine tasting in the evening. Overall it was a lovely stay for the two nights we were there."

"Great beds and loved having the fridge and micro in the room. View is spectacular and having a balcony with chairs to enjoy is lovely. Parking is great and plentiful. The outdoor carpet coverings on walkways are pretty warn and don’t look great but most things looked pretty well kept. I was extremely impressed with Georgie’s restaurant on site. Great food, staff and views. I will go there again even if not staying at the Hallmark. Really enjoyed our time in Newport."

It was a last minute getaway with my grandkids and daughter. We could see the ocean across the street from our window. Room #4 The heater worked great. "We had an amazing stay, just one night, which was way to short. This is the best place by far to relax, but also being close to everything in Newport. A very cozy room to stay, perfect happy hour and breakfast next morning, super sweet hosts (Brandon and Frost). We can’t wait to be back and next time hopefully for a bit longer. "
