It was a lovely setting, with ocean views across the street. The rooms were clean, a bit spartan as in no towel hooks in the bathroom. But it was very nice. I would stay again.

It's fine for a low price stay. There is no elevator so third floor means a stair adventure. The " ocean view is looking over another building and only available if you are on the third floor. Simple, basic, close to everything. Clean and functional.

This was a great option that was among the most budget-friendly, especially for places within walking distance of Nye Beach! The staff was friendly, the pool and hot tub and sauna were all great. I would recommend this place for anyone heading to Newport!
