The room was directly on the beach with the staircase down to a very secluded beach. The sunset was incredible. No, you cannot hear the road at all from the room. If you want to get away from the people, this is your place

Everything was great! Clean room, ease of parking, Beach access, and comfy bed. Used the kitchen to prepare our crab that we caught on the charter we went on, and chilled on the deck lookingat the ocean waves. Thanks!

I enjoyed the different themes of the rooms. My room was very clean and well supplied. The only thing i would suggest is this. There is only a single wine glass, There really should be two since that's the usual number that will stay there. The water pressure in the shower could be better. Other than that everything was great. The deck chairs were quite comfortable as was the bed.

This is our 2nd time staying here and it's by far our favorite place to stay on the coast. The rooms are so fun and nice each having their own theme. Our son loves the porthole windows from the bunk beds. We love that our side room still has an incredible view of the ocean and beach. Check in and check out are a breeze. Definitely book early cause this place fills up fast. We will be back for sure!

So peaceful! Loved my own private balcony for reading and watching the waves. Peggy the manager was very kind and helpful. Room was spotless. The beach wasn't crowded at all! So close to Newport for anything I needed. This was my second stay and I will keep returning!!! Thank you!

This is a quaint little place, with a lot of character and very clean. Excellent beach access. Some road noise but other than that very quiet. However, I did not find the value in the facilities--ocean view from room not what I expected, and room furnishings old and mismatched. I only stayed one of my two nights paid. I would rate this a 3 out of 5.
