"Lovely property"

"Hotel is situated in the downtown of Victoria Falls. Price and room facility are reasonable while the staff is reall helpful when they helped managing for local contact during my accident (ankle twist). Really appreciated their service mind and help (providing me the balm for my ankle). There is a minimart on the 1st floor so it is conveniece for you to buy something you may need. Really love staff/people there!"

"Hotel was great , staff from reception through to the bar/ waiting and to housekeeping were so lovely. All were very efficient. Garden area was really nice , especially watching the family of Pumbas come in each evening. Food was excellent in the restaurant & bar.
