"The hotel was closing down. The staff was excellent! Made telephone calls for me and offered personal wifi. The hotel had no working wifi and the electric bill was paid only just before it started to get dark. I had no concerns, because the staff was EXCELLENT! The location is great for taking the train. The staff i cannot say enough about them. They made the stay acceptable. Without them i would certainly left."

The amenities were excellent, with reliable 24/7 Wi-Fi, constant hot water, and a TV with a wide variety of shows. Everything was well-maintained and added to the overall comfort of our stay. Rooms are cleaned every day or whenever you need them cleaned. "Great boutique lodge in Bulawayo. Property staff was very accommodating and hospital. Great convenient location within 10 min of city centre and secured gated parking with 24 hour guard. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the pool. "
